Prints can be delivered to your doorstep by personal delivery by E. CAP-Photo within Umeå City. If you do not wish for this service or live outside Umeå City the prints will be shipped by a PostNord for an additional fee of 80 SEK.
Some times you want to see the papers for yourself and also take your time to decide having looked at the papers in your own home. For these occasions I offer a test pack with example images of all of the six paper types for 180 SEK (excluding shipping).
We are also open to print images not shot by E. CAP-Photo. The result however may vary in quality depending on the resolution of the image and the print size.
The prints are printed from a Canon ImagePROGRAF Pro 1000. A professional printer with 12 individual color cartridges for the best color reproduction and quality. The prints are made on paper from Tecco.
The paper manufacturer Tecco have been operating and producing paper specially made for printing plants and printers for almost 40 years. The company is family owned and is with its fine quality a member of the worlds oldest photo club Royal Photographic Society. Additionally all papers are certified by at large all relevant actors within actors within the paper certification industry. Among these are Wilhelm Imaging Research who today is seen as one of the formost institutions for testing of printing mediums and inks.
All of the papers hold a high quality and based on the simulated tests from Wilhelm Research can keep a photograph from bleaching and color defects for at least 50 years behind an ordinary photo frame. This can be compared with around 5-12 years for traditional photographs. If kept in the dark for example in an album and under normal temperatures the durability is over 200 years.

Teccos luster is a satin paper with a fine-grained, satin-matt surface (semi-gloss). It fits perfectly for portraits, wedding images, baptism, nature, landscape etc. It has a wide color reproduction ability and deep blacks in the shadows.
Smooth pearl is a paper with high density, a thick portrait-paper with smooth pearl finish. A reference medium for producing professional images with superb clarity, unique sharpness and extraordinary tonality. Its natural photographic white tone guarantee prints with the true looks and feel of a traditional photograph.
Baryt Fibre Silk have a true baryte coating (barium sulphate) under the ink-layer. This special feature creates images with extraordinary tonality for vivid colors and the unique looks of traditional silver halide prints. It creates high definition images with expanded tonal range and superb archival abilities which makes it a first choice of gallery- and high-quality prints.
A paper that sticks out with its silver-metallic surface, perfect for industrial environments, cars or anything where chrome, steel, gold or silver is present. Also suitable for artistic effects in other situations.
